Bike ride with dogs and tree trimming

Wilber and Holly anxiously awaiting to get out of the truck.

Believe it or not, there really is a bridge here going to Thomas Park. Chris graciously agreed to be the one to pull around the dogs ;)

I know, I know... ridiculous..

We had heavy rain the last couple of days.. the Indian Creek was really up and muddy looking. But it was a beautiful day!

After we got back home we did a little tree trimming. Holly and Wilber got chew on some freshly cut branches.

Sometimes they share, sometimes they don't!

Chris caught me working a bit in the flowers.

And I couldn't resist putting a couple more flower pictures on here. I love my camera! :)

Bonfire :)

Chris and I finally got a firepit for our back patio. Chris, April (one of my best friends) and I, were able to enjoy it last Sunday. And yes... this firepit is the same one Dave and Jacque have! What can I say... They just have good taste! :) Of course the dogs (we are dogsitting for my parents) enjoyed it too!

Is it just me or does Holly look possessed?? LOL

Modern relaxation... gotta love it!

Come on now.. aren't they just cute?!

and even more cute?!

This year, Chris and I planted our very own vegetable garden!!! We planted all of our favorites for making garden fresh salsa- tomatos, zuchinni, onions, radishes and of course peppers! Perhaps I have inherited a bit of my mom's "green thumb." :) I've also included a few pictures of my back flower beds, thanks mom for all the help in picking out my flowers.... the only cure for "the sickness" as Chris would call it!!

Wilber loves to hang out with me in the back yard.

See my love birds? :) I think this pair of morning doves has a nest in one of my back trees.

This is my herb bed. I plan to make a few tasty dishes this summer.

This is a bloom off of my siberian iris that came from mom's yard last year. Thanks Mom, it's so pretty!

This is the other newest addition to my yard this year. I'm hoping the clematis grows into the fence... perhaps if it does well, I will plant a couple more next year ;).
These next few pictures I put on here because I thought they were so pretty.
