Desert making before New Years Eve

Chris caught this picture while I was making "puppy chow/muddy buddies." The lid wasn't quite on all the way when I went to shake the container to mix it! Hence, the powdered sugar down the front of me.

"Who me?!"

Wilber got after the powdered sugar on the floor!

He was sure he could get it licked off!

Collingwood Women's Night Out

Jacque and I ordered a "Lobsterita" while waiting for a table at the bar. This is the "before shot."

And you guessed right, this would be the "after shot!" Jacque got the giggles so bad the waitress could hardly understand her order!! LOL

Sweet Mother-Daughter picture.

A picture of me with my sister-in-law, Jacque (aka Jacks). Jacque- I'm so glad you're part of the family!
Serious picture. ;)

I just had to add this picture. LOL, Stephanie (far right) looks unsure of the situation.

Mom looks a little tired, but do keep in mind, this picture is after two full glasses of wine ;).

"My Precious."

It was hard work eating that big holiday meal!

Wonderful picture of Mom (Sherry) and Aunt Paula.

I do believe the weight limit for these chairs is 70lbs... kids will be kids right?

The holidays are all about grazing! :)

This is Aunt Paula's 1 yr old puppy, Christie.

Christmas in Fairfax

Christmas Eve was spent with Christina's Family in Fairfax. Here we are making the pickel wraps. Britt- ours will always be better!! ;)

Chris was sure he needed to wear an apron while cooking. He is making the caramel glaze for our home-made caramel corn. It was very tasty, thanks go to Cheryl (Chris's mom) for finding the recipe!!

Present GALORE!!!

Jacque checking tags and handing out the gifts. She can hardly wait to rip hers open!!

"Just what I always wanted!"

Dan (Christina's brother), went to China earlier this year and bought Mom, Jacque and I authentic Jade bracelets!! Each one was a little different. Thanks Dan!!!

Dan and Britt sent home-made ornaments of their three children. The Christmas tree is now decorated with Grandchildren!

Dave was very excited about his boot dryers!

Chris also liked his giftcard sent from Dan and Britt.

Lets not forget the REAL reason for celebrating Christmas, the birth of our Savior.

Wilber loves to be rocked by "grandma."

Chris and I had a wonderful Christmas! We are so THANKFUL we have such wonderful families to spend time with!

Christmas in Osage

Chris's sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Duane, with their daughter Johonna (JoJo) were able to come home for Christmas from North Carolina. It was wonderful to be able to see how much Johonna has grown.

Chris and I got Johonna a "mommy and me" backpack for Christmas.

Duane liked Johonna's gift too!!

Johonna loved to chase Wilber (Chris and Christina's pug) they both thoroughly wore each other out.... almost.

Isn't she cute?!

The dreaded family picture :). How long will two small children sit still??

This is a picture of Travis's soon-to-be new family! Trav and Heidi announced their plans for a May 2008 WEDDING! Congratulations! Heidi is holding her daughter, Laura who is three. In the background is "speedy" JoJo.

Luara and Johonna playing with new toys.

Welcome to our blog!

Well, Chris and I, after three years of marriage, have finally decided to start a blog of our own after being inspired by my sister-in-law, Britt. It's astounding at how much the family has grown, and this makes a wonderful way to help keep in touch. Please feel free to send me your thoughts and constructive criticism as I attempt to make my very first blog. :)
